Cannot log in to my web wallet

Atter a few months of inactivity I wanted to check on my wallet. To my surprise, along with the UI canges, it wont let me login with my credentials (page wont reload, just freezes for a moment and leaves me at the same page). I then tried to reset the password with my master key but receive an error on the password reset page:
ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection’s current state is open.

Was able to login to my account after multiple attempts on different browsers.
Password reset window still shows this error.
