How profitable will a PC windows 10 with 2 Giga Hertz CPU be a day?

@hockleyj I want a PC to mine. Will I receive a 183.1 block reward every 1-3 hours?

You’ve created a topic about CPU mining, while giving a link to GPU mining.

I tried CPU mining, though with just my laptop AMD CPU 1.9 - 3.2 Ghz I was unable to mine anything ))

I tried to employ my laptop AMD GPUs, though it seems that SGminer is unable to monitor GPU temperature thus causing the overheating problems. Because of that I’ve made a conclusion that mining Keccak algorithm on a laptop is not a good idea.

I guess, someone should only try SmartCash mining on a desktop PC with relatively powerful Nvidia or AMD GPU or maybe at least on a gaming laptop.

At this time it is only profitable to mine using GPU please use either Nvidia or AMD gpu’s also note profit depends on how many and of what model of graphics card is used plus the price of your electricity.

My second goal is to setup my first gpu muning rig for smartcash. I do cpu mining a lot before for cryptonight algo but never tried to mine with gpu.

I think that the profit depends on how many and of what model of graphics card is used plus the price of your electricity. Beside it, you should have the best system optimizer which can detect and delete all the old files and not only, and it maintains my computer to work fast and well. Moreover, you don't make a lot of money only with one computer and in my opinion that all the money that you will win, you will pay for electricity bills.
