"The Amount Exceeds Your Balance" glitch

Can anyone help me please?

I am trying to send smart out of my node client and I keep getting this error message:

“The amount exceeds your balance”

I receive this error message no matter how small the amount of smart I try to send.

I am trying to send 10% of the amount that’s in my balance and it still says “The amount exceeds your balance”
